Patient Contact Information

The Mum & Baby Osteopathy Clinic retains your contact information simply so we know who you are and can greet you when you contact us. 

We can assure you that your contact details are not for sale. We consider it a privilege to have your contact information, therefore you will only hear from us if we think it is necessary or regarding your appointment. 

We will contact you using the details you originally provide in booking your appointment unless you specify otherwise. We may ask you for alternative contact details to send information or resources after your appointment. If this is the case, we will ask for your consent before doing so. 

Patient Case History & Notes

It is a medical-legal requirement for a registered Osteopath to make patient notes at your appointment.  

We are GDPR compliant and your personal data cannot be exported unless you provide an authorised signature. The only occurrence this can take place without your signature is in the event you may be under criminal investigation. A police department will then need to provide an official request for your personal data. 

Payments and Card Details

We do not retain any card details.
